Founder of "The Spenta Group", Mr. Nilendu H. Patel, after completing B.E Civil from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, in 1992 ventured into realty sector for development of residential and commercial properties. From 1992 to 1996 he took the experience in realty sector with big civil construction projects. From 1996 he started individual projects. In 1996, he started his 1st small scale project at Ram Zarokha near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad. Journey started from small scale to big scale in the city of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kadi, Daman area & USA.

Mr. Nilendu H. Patel also bought 'C' store properties and other property investments in the USA too.

Vision

Mr. Divij N. Patel (Son of Mr. Nilendu H. Patel), Co-Partner of "The Spenta Group" has been successfully completed his M.S. (CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT) from University of Taxas, Dallas, USA. He took the experience in construction projects & Land development. He will create new jobs in construction sector. Mr. Divij N. Patel is also looking forward in realty sector at U.S.A. within a year.

The company started its business in field of Real Estate Development to capture the opportunities offered in more than 2 decades during the transformation of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, kadi, Daman area in India & USA too. It has added to the growth story of Infrastructure development in India and particularly in the city Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar.
