Founder of The Spenta, Mr. Nilendu H. Patel, after completing B.E Civil from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, in 1992 ventured into realty sector for development of residential and commercial properties.
From 1992 to 1996 he took the experience in realty sector with big civil construction projects.
From 1996 he started individual projects. In 1996, he started his 1st small scale project at Ram Zarokha near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad.
In this new era of development, he did the Re-development project named “The Spenta 2” at the center of Ahmedabad city.

He took the experience in construction projects & Land development. He will create new jobs in construction sector. Mr. Divij N. Patel is also looking forward in realty sector at U.S.A. within a few years.

This is the first project of Gandhinagar district after construction of GUDA (Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority). We got first plan pass for our residential project from GUDA. Journey of company in Gandhinagar started from this project.

Many developers came to do re-development of the flats which are located in Naranpura, Ahmedabad. But due to some legal complications, they did not take the project. Finally our company did the legal procedures with concerned officials for around 4 years and then we took this project for the re-development of flats. We did it in very short time. This was our 1st re-development project.
