We deal in Re-Development along with below terms & conditions:
Building construction shall be completed in 24 to 30 months after the demolition of existing buildings.
Rent amount will be given by 6 postdated cheques of every month in advance till the completion of the project.
After 24 months the rent will be increased by 10%. (If for any reason project is prolonged)
33 % amount towards the compensation will be paid at the time of possession of your existing unit, 33% after plan pass of 15 months and 34% amount towards the furniture will be given to each old existing members at the time of new flat possession.
Adani Gas line.
Title clearance certificate of each unit should be given by members to us.
Any types of stamp duty & any govt. taxes for previous members should be bare by them if applicable.
This proposal valid up to only for commercial & residential plan pass availability.
This Proposal is valid up to current Jantri of Land.
BANK GURANTEE
This Proposal is calculating as per given F.S.I by A.M.C. on BRTS Road, if any changes will be in future as per the F.S.I, this Proposal will be changed by our mutual discussion.
